I'm 31 years old, 5'1 and 126 pounds...I've read that some people notice bigger thighs after some of the work outs so I want to make sure I purchase the right one.

Hi Jen,
It would depend on your goals. What is it that you are looking to accomplish? Are you wanting to build more muscle? Reduce bodyfat and tone?
Programs like Insanity, Turbofire, are more High-Intensity training will reduce bodyfat, tone you and build muscle....but because of the high-intensity training, you'll burn a lot of calories throughout that day....these types of programs, in my opinion, would be better for that.
If you are looking to build more muscle, but still tone then i would recommend P90X or The Beast.
