I was fixing my meal plan and a guy I work with said you shouldn't eat the same meal everyday. Because the body will get use to it, like doing the same exercises. Is that true? Or can I eat the same meal so I don't waste the Roast Beef, bread, or whatever they suggest for the one meal? Because if I have to buy a loaf of bread and only eat 2 slices that is a waste of my money.

You definitely want to mix it up. Tony has always said variety is the key with not only exercise(muscle confusion, aka P90X) but also with your food. Now this doesn't mean you can eat that one meal only once per week. Eat it 2, 3 or even 4 times that week if need be, but mix it up throughout the week. Don't eat turkey on wheat with a side of yogurt for lunch 7/7 days. Mix up where you're getting your carbs, proteins and fats throughout the week. Each food source gives a variety of different micronutrients even if the macronutrient(protein, carb, fats) are the same. So don't be afraid to have the same meal a few times in a week, but you definitely want to try and mix it up!
