Week 2 officially complete: Pure Cardio = Oh em gee, I was sweating the entire time and that's pretty new to me. I wanted to make my "Rest" day worth it. The push ups are still a bit of a challenge for me. I've always hated push ups, even when I was in the service. But, gotta lose these "bingo arms". Cardio ab= after watching Shaun T's video chat tip on the C-seated position thing, I was able to feel like I was working my abs doing it correctly. Thanks Shaun T! I thought I was totally unproportioned because I couldn't sit in a perfect "C" like the others. All in all a great workout, I hope you all have a great workout and continue to dig deep and give it your all. (I stopped a bit during today's workout). Continue to get stronger and love it. Awesome job!! I just finished up week 2 yesterday. Today was a rest day and tomorrow I hit strong for week 3. This is my 2nd round of Insanity and I just love this program SO much! It's tough, but it is so worth it! Good for you for going back and watching the video chat on proper form! Most people (self included) would of just done it to the best of their ability instead of going and looking at the tips...bad on my part. emoticon There is no harm in stopping a workout for whatever reason you had to do today. You really do need to dig deep in this program. Have you tried the E&E drink? (energy and endurance) If not, give it a try. It really does help give you that extra push when you need it on those days.
