Hi everyone out there. I have been doing beachbody workouts now for over a year and have gotten some amazing results. My arms have gotten huge, my pecks are much more firm and my shoulders are stronger than ever. However, I still have one problem area I cant seem to tone up. The dreaded midsection, mainly the mid abs and obliques. Does anyone out there have any suggestions out there to help me. I feel my abs are very strong but just have that layer of fat around them I just can't shed. I eat very healthy with very little fat in my diet.I do ab ripper X along with body beast. I also incorporate some insanity workouts on the weekends. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks to all of you and good luck with your workouts.

Hi Mark,
It looks like you are doing well. The abs are often the hardest. Nutrition is key. What are you eating? I find adding good fats helps. Have you ever had a 6 pack? it not fair lol but there are some genetics that play a part.
I find planks are great for the abs. How long have you been trying to the ab results you want?
