This will be my 4th time starting insanity. Everytime I've attempted it in the past, I lost motivation and went off track, or didn't eat properly. Today is my birthday, and I want to take up the insanity challenge again. I need motivation, the desire to press play, and support to reach my fitness goals. Ibe already lost 30 pounds last year from dieting, but now, I want to incorporate fitness into my life so I can achieve the body I want. I'm 20 today, and by summer I'd love to have the body I want and change my lifestyle. I'm open to any tips and methods of accountability before I start again on Monday
