diet lose weight fast get toned 10 day result 17 days of insanity
12/16/12 4:54 AM
Hello everyone!

I'm a 28 years old girl and I'm doing insanity right now.
I'm also doing a lot of other sport as martial art and acrobatics.it's my work.
I'm training between 3 and 5 hours everyday(with one day off)

I'm quite frustrated because my body is not toned as I would like. It's alright it's a sport body...but I would like to get more toned and to lose maybe three kilos...but I can't even with insanity(weeks 3) nothing is moving.
I'm 52 kg for 159 cm.
I'm doing the diet programme as well...with the week end off where I eat more sugar things(but not that much as well...)

I don't know what to do...I can't do more sport...does anyone can help me?
Thank you so much!
Emilie

Hello, congrats on your new healthy life style! 3-5 hours of training a day is quiet the intensity. I would suggest that you need to have patience. You don't want to over train and burn out, and muscle takes a long time to build and is not something that can be built over night. Insanity will certainly help you tone and lose fat if you need to, but it's mainly going to help build your endurance for cardio. For more muscle growth and tone you should look at P90X and Body Beast.

thanks very much for your quick answer...Ye I'll try to be patient! Even if it's really difficult for me;-).
For now my acrobatic training (kind of tumbling) is not really good but I guess that with all my hours of training I'm a little tired...
I like intansity because it's cardio and I need it but also because there is a big plyometric training what's really usefull for acrobatics...
maybe after it I 'll look at P90X...

Thanks;-)
