Hi, my name is abel and i am currently doing 10 minutes trainer and i am on week 3 and feeling great but i told my wife i wanted to jump into p90x and i just bought it and i should receive it next week.
My questions are:
I will only be taking my multi vitamins and recovery drink, plus i will follow the nutrition plan.
Will it be enough?
Also about the equipment. I only have pushup stand but not power stands because they look the same to me. Unless you are supposed to rotate them.
Oh and for the chin up band i have a different one that my friend gave me.

Great job on taking it up a level and moving over to P90X. Multi vitamins area good thing to have in your diet if you are not getting all of the nutrients that you need. You might want to look into Shakeology. This is a protien drink meal replacement and with this you would not need your multi vitamins any longer. There are also so many other benefits to this drink that I would take a while to list them. So, something to look into. It sounds like the equipment you have is fine.
