3months done (Results good) Next Step?
I did mix of P90x and insanity. I lost almost 20 pounds but I am not close to six pack body. the problem is now is that whenever i have a normal meal for a change(just say a burger etc) my weight shoots up.

My question is what i should do have a killing body look for next 2 months? I am now around 146 pounds. I want to reduce another 10 pounds but want to abs and muscle. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Great job on your progress! Did you enjoy the mix of P90X and Insanity? Why not do another round of it if you are pleased with the results? Maintain your focus on what you eat as that provides you the fuel you need to push hard in these workouts and get the results you want. Eating well is often over-looked by many but is so important.

If you are looking to mix things up -- what do you enjoy doing? Cardio, resistance training, etc?

Let me know how I can help.

I loved mixing insanity and p90x. I feel insanity is much tougher and cardio exercises are pretty good. P90x is very good in weight training. overall i would give 5 stars to insanity and p90x.
