Should I track E&E and R&R Formulas into my kcals?
Should I track E&E and R&R Formulas into my kcals?
supplements losing weight kcal intake

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if it's necessary to track E&E and R&R into my calorie journals. My logic is that it might not be necessary because
1. the 20 kcals in E&E will definitely be burned off from my workouts.
2. R&R varies depending on the serving if either I didn't put a hundred percent or the workout didn't call for it (yoga or stretch)
3. When I do put 100% in a workout, I don't feel I'm adding extra kcals to my body b/c i'm replenishing what my body lost.
I eat according to my body type which is mesomorph and I consume 40% carbs, 30% protein, and 30% fats with a maintenance kcal of 2700 kcals. When I was tracking E&E and R&R to my 2700 kcal limit I was actually losing weight so I upped my kcal intake to 3000 and I held my weight while losing bf. So with that being said since I'm trying to lose weight by eating 2100 kcals with the same macros should I just exclude the 2 supplements from my journal and take them accordingly or should I definitely track them?

Every calorie you consume is a calorie you consume. Yes, absolutely you should track them.

If you are counting calories or writing down the amount of food intake, you should add it in, you dont want to add them in, just drink water! emoticon best of luck!
