I will go with your suggestion and start all over. I know that I will have some problems with the chest and back workout, since I currently cannot do one "normal" pushup, but I'm sure I will improve over time.
Do you have any suggestions on how to do the "kneeling pushups" the best way, so that I can progress to a normal one quicker?
I'm sorry if this is a silly question (I'm still a beginner) and if my grammar is a bit of (I'm really from Europe, but I could select my country in the registration form
