Weight never changed, but my body has?
Hi,

I was just curious to hear everyone's thoughts on this.

Firstly, I'm 6' 1'' and weigh about 204 pounds. I did insanity for 2 months, and stuck rigorously to the diet, counting and measuring everything. At the end of the 2 months I lost about 4.32 cm around my waist, and 6.3cm around just below my belly button (sorry, don't know what the terminology is). Post-insanity, I've for the first time ever been able to jog 6.2 miles. I now mix insanity with jogging every other day, still sticking to the diet.

Now, lots of people have told me I'm looking a lot leaner, but I found it odd that my weight literally did not change at all. Have I been gaining muscle while losing fat? It seems like the only explanation.

More than likely you have gained muscle and lost fat. Don't get hung up and weight....It's about inches lost, how your clothes feel, and of course your fitness levels. Those are awesome results for 2 months! Keep doing whatever it is you are doing!
