Body beast bf% question
Body beast bf% question

I have a bf% of about 9-10% right now and I just want to know how high my bf% will go if I do the huge beast schedule instead of lean beast. I'd preferably like to keep it as close to the same level as I possibly can while doing a bulking program and still get the muscle gains.
Thanks in advance for your help!

I did the HUGE BEAST plan and went from 15% body fat to 11% body fat and gained 12 lbs of lean body mass in the process. Somewhere in Bulk Phase I had to eat 300-500 more calories than what was recommended to keep gaining weight. Other people have reported similar experiences. Honestly, if you get fat on Body Beast, the you did it wrong! emoticon

Head over to my Body Beast thread (look at my 2nd post or weekly pictures of my transformation) and you might see what you could expect to get if you follow the Book of Beast.

Logan : If you do it right you should have basically the same or lower body fat level at the end of the program.

Sure your body fat % will go up through the program, that is normal. You can't build muscle will trying to lose weight. You have to be in calorie surplus to gain muscle. So in the 2 first phases you might gain 3-4% body fat but you will lose those in the final phase.
