When I begin my workouts, after about 5 minutes my throat feels sore, like a burning pain. What am I doing wrong and how do I fix it?
I'm not sure of your current situation, but for most people that might be de-conditioned and begin high-intensity training , they will experience this. As you develop your cardio strength, this should go away. I still get this when I do sprint intervals!
