There are a number of threads on this board from people with similar night shift schedules. They have a variety of solutions to their inverted schedules. The search box above will get you to those. Most important is that you be sure you're eating everything you should both in quantity and quality. I'd recommend at least 3 meals per day and if you can work some snacks in around that it's a bonus.

I work Midnight to eight am. I am also accustomed to eating only 2 meals a day. I stay awake until about 2 in the afternoon. When should I eat each meal and snack. Please help!! Almost forgot I am using the Les Mills kick start your metabolism meals.
