---ARE YOU READY TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE?---

---ARE YOU READY TO LOOK AMAZING, AND FEEL AMAZING?---

---ARE YOU READY TO BE HEALTHIER THAN YOU HAVE EVER BEEN?---

---ARE YOU READY... TO EMBRACE... YOUR INNER INSANITY?!---

IF YOU ANSWERED YES, THEN GET READY... THIS IS TIME TO PUSH!!!

63 DAYS. DECIDE, COMMIT, SUCCEED. IF YOU DO, YOU WILL NEVER BE THE SAME!

With a positive and daily influence from a coach, and others going through the same thing you are, you achieve what has been missing from your life.

Hi, I'm coach Brandon, BrandonFlynn. I am here to help you with your journey through Insanity, or any of the BeachBody fitness programs. We will go through this Together because I started Insanity on November 29th. No matter what program you are doing (Insanity, P90X, Slim in 6, TurboFire, Body Beast etc.) we will be here for you, to motivate you, help you, and push you when you need some pushing.
We are all here for the same reason:
  • To Get Fit

  • To Get Healthy

  • To Achieve our Dream Beach Bodies

I'm here to HELP you, and GUIDE you through your journey!!!

If you're ready to commit, first things first:
  1. Who are you?
  2. Why did you decide to do this workout program?
  3. What are your goals for the next 30, 60, 90 days?

***Also be sure to shoot me a buddy request, and I can answer any other questions you might have.

So if you're ready to EMBRACE this opportunity to change your life, post here everyday for your accountability, to tell us how your workouts went, and how your meals were for the day.
At the end of your post, put your name, so we all know what your name is so we can address you that way!

If you're ready, and you have the desire, I can help you. I can't give you the desire, but I can sure get you to where you want to be if you do!
LET'S DO THIS!!

First things first

Track Your Progress:
Where are you now?
Where do you want to be?
*Have goals!

Make sure you take your before measurements and pictures. You will definitely want those come day 63! Nothing is more motivating than seeing where you started and how you are progressing! It is CRUCIAL that you take those measurements and pictures!!

Nutrition:
Study up on the nutrition guide. The key to success in this program is nutrition, so plan ahead! In time you will naturally change your eating habits, and it won't be a chore to you.
What I always like to say is, "Focus on your nutrition as hard as you push in your workouts!"

Shakeology is excellent in replenishing your body, as well as giving your body the amount of vitamins and nutrients every day, and will also help you Dig Deeper in your workouts!

Motivation:
Above everything else, nothing is more important than motivation! There are going to be days you are unmotivated, and don't want to do your workout. There will even be days you want to quit, because you feel like you aren't seeing any new results. That's what we are here for! We are here to motivate you, help you, and push you! By becoming a part of this group, you will find people that are in the same boat as you are.
Along with having a coach to cheer you on, and answer any questions you might have, you will also have a whole team to do so as well. They will cheer you on, and they will need some cheering up too.

A little about my journey:
My name is Brandon and I’m 19 years old. I've always been overweight or chunky, and in high school I was borderline obese. I've tried sooo many different workout programs, and diets, and even different supplements that were supposed to help increase your metabolism and nothing worked. I would start off good; lose a certain amount of weight and plateau, then give up because I wasn't seeing any new results.

I was in the Marines for a little bit, but was discharged with asthma in boot camp. When I got home, it was the skinniest I had ever been, but it still wasn't where I wanted to be. But, I started to slack off when I got home, and gained all the weight back that I had lost to get in, and it brought it to a grand total of 220 pounds (My heaviest weight).

So I decided to do Insanity when enough was enough, especially because we were going to be in Hawaii that summer, and I wanted to look good for once in my life. I was 30 days into it, and I hurt my shin, and stopped doing insanity. Consequently, I gained all my weight back once again and was even heavier, up to 225 pounds!! Since I've been back from Hawaii this past July 2012, I have been going to the gym almost every day working out, and I'm now down to 190, but once again... I've plateaued.
On 29 November 2012, I started Insanity back up again. I'm more motivated than ever, and I'm ready to dig deeper, and get my beach body, that I've wanted my entire life.
I've even changed my diet around to eat more frequently and healthier as well!

Brandon:
Same thing happened with me last week. I had finals, and everything started slipping, so I decided to restart my third week. Now I'm finished with it, and I couldn't be happier that I went back and re-did it, knowing that I gave it my all!
Glad to hear from you, and hope that your finals are going great!!
Looking forward to hearing about your workouts as well!

Keep on PUSHING guys!! We will be there soon!!!

RE: EMBRACE Your INSANITY! JOIN US! December 15- January 15

Hey all!
Just started yesterday and so far so good! It's rough and I'm struggling. But, it should be a struggle to get any form of results.

My name is Joe. I'm 28 years old. I used to weigh 360 pounds. I was a PhD student in Virginia and decided to push the reset button on my life. Left the program and took a job here at an Arizona university. I moved in June 2011. Since then, I've lost almost 160 pounds (before and after in my profile).

I did it through utilizing Slim Fast and Lean Cuisine. It was very calorie restricted, but it worked for me. Over time, I started working out. I've used the Biggest Loser video game on Xbox and when that got a bit old, I started running...and I didn't stop. I love running 5k and 10k and am planning on doing my first 1/2 marathon in late January.

I started Insanity yesterday in an effort to push me below the 200 mark and hopefully tighten up some of my loose skin. I wanted to challenge myself. Part of me is concerned about the nutrition plan. With what I have been doing, it would not be uncommon for me to black out for a few seconds when standing up. Just not healthy. When on my back, I could see my heartbeat through my stomach. It's a bit strange. I'm now complying with the nutrition guide (5 meals a day from the guide). I'm expecting a bit of a gain over the next few days as I move from about 800 calories to 1500 per day. Hopefully, my metabolism kicks up a bit and adjusts accordingly.

My 30 day goal is to survive and improve on my fit-test results. I would also like to break the 200 pound barrier.

My 60 and 90 day goals are a bit vague for now. I would love to eventually be 175, but I don't know if it is reasonable with the diet. Either way, I'm going past the program to reach the goals. I'm going to give 100% and if I'm happy with the results, I'll do another round.
