I have an ez bar and all the plates ill ever need for it, pairs of 5s, 10s, 15s, 20s, 30s, and 3 pairs of adjustable dumbbells and all the plates ill need for the adjustable ones. Can someone tell me how many different dumbbells you used in each individual workout so ill know how many I should have before I start in a couple weeks so I can go buy more if need and tell me what weights you used?
I would also recommend the 8 lb and the 12 lb dumbbell pairs (especially for the shoulder workouts). They are also nice weights for dropsetting on failures (like if you fail on 15 lb's drop to the 12 lbs to hit your rep goal).
As you get stronger you may want heavier dumbbells for the chest press exercises and shoulder shrugs and squat and deadlift, but at a certain point you may want barbells for these exercises.
