Hi Christina, thank you for the reply. It's nice to have a person to motivate me and back me up! Since nobody around me does it. There are days where my motivation tells me, "whats the use". I have gotten into routine of going to work, coming home and working out for six days a week. Do I have a life?.... LOL! As I said I am quite young for my age, have a lust for life. I don't know what my new-found body will do for me since I haven't gotten out and done anything since starting P90X. I love skiing, fly-fishing, baseball, (hardball), hiking and mountain climbing. Use to bike ride to work 20 mi round trip). Actually I am good at most sports. Last year I was running 5 mi a day but started loosing muscle mass!
When I am done with P90X do I just go right into another program? Wait a month or two? I got to tell you Christina, the pull-ups were the hardest for me. When I started out I was not able to do any at all! Now I can do only 4 and by the end of the DVD on back muscles I can only do one, almost 2.

Any other advice for me at 60 please feel free to tell me. Thanks.
David
