I have started my 11th week of P90X and while I love it, I am having a couple problems with it. First off as I notice my strength and endurance getting better I am really struggling with plyometrics. My calves are constantly burning to the point of cramping and I notice I can't seem to push through it. Also I am not really seeing a significant change in my overall appearance. Can anyone please give me some insight on things that I can expect or that I can do differently so that I can finally get through plyo? Thank you in advance for any information.

How has been your nutrition in this 11 weeks? Have you stick to the nutrition guide? 50% of your results will depend on how you eat.

Hi! Congrats on getting though P90X! What an accomplishment!! When you mention cramping, hydration comes to mind. How much water are you drinking before and during? That can make a difference. How are you warming up? Are you a person who needs a long warm up? Do you calves hurt other times? Are there certain moves that give you the most issue?

As far as results. What is your goal? Do you have signficant weight to lose, looking to tone up, etc? Taken measurements to see changes? How is your nutrition? That can def affect results. However, often we are the most critical of ourselves, so things you don't see, others do!

Cheers,
Christina

I have been drinking a lot more water during this 11 weeks then i ever had. I do admit i was a big diet coke drinker. As far as my nutrition goes i feel like i have been eating better. A lot more fruits and vegetables and have cut out almost all sweets. Ironically i have started eating sea food as well. That was a big change for me considering i could not stand fish or anything like that.

My goals i think are simple. I want to trim down and get lean and cut. I want to have the body that I'm not embarrassed of when i take my shirt off. I live in Arizona and well we all know how hot it gets here and I'd like to be able to go swimming with friends and family and feel good about myself.

You will see as many types of results as people are. Some will lose weight, some will lose inches but not weight, some will gain resistance. Everybody and every body is different..as long as you keep seeing results, you are making progress. Now, if you want to have great results you have to commit to your workouts and nutrition. Most of the people struggle with the nutrition part. Everyone of us has gone through the path of learning how to eat right and been able to find from within our souls the motivation and the WHY you are doing this. WHY wake up and do this crazy workouts? WHY choose salad and chicken over BK? Only YOU can find your WHYs. Do not surrender. keep pushing PLAY.
