Yesterday I fell off, ate way too much than my intake limit. I vowed to do it right today. Today marks day 19 of the Insanity program, Cardio Power & Resistance completed. I have to say that its probably my favorite workout so far with Shaun T., especially when he tells me to "lets go!" My 7 year old baby boy was playing his self proclaimed role as my water boy. He's so helpful, except when he gets too close while I'm doing my globe jumps and moving push ups. Speaking of moving push-ups, does anyone else feel like G.I. Jane when they do them! emoticon All in all a great workout, I'm looking forward to starting week 4! I'm taking it on week by week, day by day. My ultimate goals by the end of this program: Get my SHIRT! Fit into my size 6 jeans again (wearing size 13) and losing this damn muffin top that's been haunting me since I gave birth to my daughter in September. You ever wonder..."how did I let myself get to this point?" Cheese and crackers how did I let myself get to this point! Did deep guys, watch your knees!

Way to go! Isn't it great that each day gives us a fresh start? Everyone slips or backtracks. Don't let today's failures stop tomorrow's success!
