You miss one workout in the 30 day Asylum program, but make it up by doing a double header the following day?

Just couldnt get to it yesterday with all the Christmas shopping and family in town.

No man thats not cheating as long as you keep going and pushing play! It's only 30 days so stay committed... How far along are you? Like it so far?

I just just finished day 13. Almost half-way through and loving it. My flexibility is getting better and better and I was able to hang with 95% of the strength workout today. I threw in Relief to help with the flexibility.

Totally digging this program!

No it's not cheating. You do what you can. It took me 31 days to get all the workouts in. As you know the most important thing is to keep pushing play. Way to go!!
