The other thing I found, which took some getting used to for me, was that by dropping the weights and going REALLY slowly in the chest workout, I seem to get a better burn and what appears to be muscle growth. Sorta ran against my intuition to keep cranking the weights heavier and heavier as fast as I could. But I tried slowing down and lightening up and aside from having to let my ego adjust, it seems to work better!
