I love Body Beast. Period.

Simple no nonsense weightlifting...

If you want to work with weights, bulk up... This is for you.
I love the bulk videos bc they are short and to the point. Around 30 minutes.
I'm on my 2nd round, and I feel awesome. Getting compliments about my size- I'm not huge, but I am noticeably larger than I was.

After this round, going onto Insanity for the ripped appearance.

I love it so much I do it twice/week! I finished my first 90 days of Body Beast and thought I had huge results everywhere except chest. So nowadays, I do this:
Chest
Legs
Back
Insanity pure cardio plus P90X ab ripper X
Chest
Arms
Shoulders
Insanity plyometric cardio circuit plus ab ripper x

Sort of a Beast/Insanity/P90X combo. I'm just going to repeat this sequence until I get bored, then I'll do some P90X or something. But I'm doubling up on the Chest in hopes of getting more definition. It's definitely behind my arms and shoulders, back and legs in terms of getting huge. The other thing I found, which took some getting used to for me, was that by dropping the weights and going REALLY slowly in the chest workout, I seem to get a better burn and what appears to be muscle growth. Sorta ran against my intuition to keep cranking the weights heavier and heavier as fast as I could. But I tried slowing down and lightening up and aside from having to let my ego adjust, it seems to work better!

Does anyone know what the Lucky 7 workout is, I have the print outs, but no disc. No sure if I am missing something.

The Lucky 7 Disc came with the Body Beast DVD set as a bonus workout if you bought your set from a coach's website (I know, I did not get this workout either at first), but later bought it after becoming a coach myself.

The Lucky 7 workout is a 23 minute workout of 7 progressive combo sets and you will make use of your EZ bar the entire time.

The individual workout disc can still be purchased for $20 if you want it.
