Hi! I'm praying to get the right motivation here to finish Insanity. My problem is that I have a hard time sticking to the schedule.If you miss a day, do you do the next work out based on the schedule or do you start where you left off? Or should I go back to Day1 every time I miss a work out?
Hi! Congrats on starting Insanity! Motivation is tough at times. Have you posted the schedule where you see it everyday? Thought about Why you are doing it and posted that it wrote it down. It sounds weird but writing down makes a difference.
I would do the next workout in the list if you just missed one. If you missed a lot in a row I would restart that week.
What is your goal with Insanity? How far have you gotten?
