Shakeology and the rest of the day diet
Hi im living and working at a resort so the foods provided. Im gonna start taking this to replace a meal. Can u tell me what meal/time is best to be replace by shakeology, and what my other meals should like for the rest of the day, and when what and how I should eat. Thank you.

P.S. I'm just starting the Asylum 1 program, and it's not like I'm trying to lose weight. I just want to get shredded, and the recipes shaun gives are unavailable to me. Could anyone give simplified ideas of what to eat and when, and portions, including shakeology.

It's really a matter when it's most convenient to you. I would probably use it for the meal that's the least healthy at the resort - typically, that's dinner.

There's tons of great content on how to eat right in restaurants in the newsletter. Start with this article. It applies to P90x, but it still work for Insanity.

Shakeology is best used when most convinent for you. I agree that dinner is likely the most unhealthy meal time likely at the resort. I have mine for breakfast. When do you plan to workout?

Overall keeping within calories is most important. Do you track?

I think it really depends on what your goals are and what you plan to get out of Shakeology. I think it differs for everyone. I sent you a buddy request and I'd be happy to explain more for you. Thanks!
