mhUK:
Would this be possible and could someone help me please with picking out suitable exercises?
Thanks in advance for any help.
Go straight to the Bulk Exercises as the workouts are 35-40 minutes. You end up working one muscle group per day. I would just add in the I Don't Knows and Scap Traps on Bulk Shoulders and you would be getting some good gains. Personally I like to keep Bulk Chest a few days apart from Bulk Shoulders...but maybe this is just me.
I'm on a modified schedule now after
after doing my first round by the book.My current schedule (more or less bulking)
Chest, Back, Legs, Off, Shoulders, Arms, Off
With me doing cardio, foam rolling, stretching on off days. I'm also doing abs and calves 3 times per week.
Also it helps to have dumbbell pairs that you can quickly drop and switch out do versus assembling and disassembling dumbbell handles with plates. Spend a little time figuring out your arrangement of weights in your workout space for each workout...and honestly...just stick with it this time...and eventually you know what is coming up next and you can just start heading for the next equipment.
Keep pushing the weight,
