I update my workouts on my workout schedule online. Is there a way to track the extras that you do each day? Also a way to track the calories burned during the workouts?
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Happy holidays!!!!

Hey,
Yes, in the super gym there is an option to add a workout to your day.. Right next to the calendar.
For tracking calories burned, you're going to need a heart rate monitor. Some monitors will calculate calories for you while others don't. If it doesn't, it should at least tell you your avg. heart rate and time working out and you can plug that into a HR calorie calculator such as:http://www.shapesense.com/fitness-exercise/calculators/heart-rate-based-calorie-burn-calculator.aspx

They even have apps for mobile devices.

Grand is right. A HRM is the best way to calculate the calories your burn during your workout. I prefer to use myfitnesspal.com an online tracker for recording my calories burned and eaten.
