I am getting ready to start the Ultimate Reset on Jan. 2. It looks like the meals are a lot of work. Honestly, I am too lazy to do that much cooking and preparing.

Has anyone done the reset without the meals? Are there some basic guidelines for food without having to eat a specific meal?

I figure the results won't be as large, but I should still get some benefits from the supplements.

I just finished yesterday. I honestly was over whelmed by the food preparing too. I actually lost 20 lbs during the Reset and didn't follow the meals exactly. I personally picked out the meals that were simple to make each phase and just re ate them throughout that phase.
Your allowed to re ate meals during each phase but its important to eat the meals that are designed for each of the 3 phases. The 2nd or 3rd phase are nearly vegetarian.

I mainly ate salads with lemon juice instead of dressing. I also bought the microwaveable sweet potatoes and the steam fresh brown rice. It was very easy. Good luck
