I don't know what work out to do.
I was doing insanity and doing well; however,I tore my rotary cuff and now well.. that work out isn't going to work. It's too cold for me to go out walking and running but are there any work out programs I could do?

How about biking? A torn rotator cuff is nothing to mess around with so you might want to take it easy for a while. Tony Horton tore his bicep tendon and still went hard with what still worked. This is an option for you as well and once you recover slowly work your way back up with minimal weight with that side of your body. It will take time and injuries are always a downer but don't let it discourage you. Good luck :-)

Would a stationary bike do?

I forgot to ask you what your goals were? Doing Insanity i'm guessing you are trying to lose weight rather than build size. An indoor bike, while the possiblility of plateau is inevitable, it is still better than doing nothing. If your goal is weight loss and you can use the indoor exercise bike consistently, then I would suggest that until your rotator cuff heals. After you feel you are back to 100% gradually work your way back into Insanity.

How do you know you tore your rotator cuff? Did you have an MRI?

If you have a real tear, there are certain things to avoid. If you have shoulder pain and are just guessing, you should probably get an MRI and figure out exactly what's wrong.
