I know you are extremely busy, but I just wanted you to know that I have stated you're chalene extreme, and am on my 4th week. Its tough but I love it. In the past I've used you other videos but some how have had a tough time sticking with it, but this time I'm determined, because my health is deteriorating and I think I'll get DM since its in my family. But this time I joined teambeachbody, and i think that is helping since there are 2 coaches taking a personal interest in helping me which is awesome. So just wanted to say thank you, and keep doing what you're doing which is making awesome workouts!

Hi Chalene! Thanks to Turbo Fire I'm in the best shape of my life! Keeping up with you in the DVDs motivates me to push harder for myself.

I have a question for you though regarding the HIIT workouts; you want us to go at a level 10 during the HIIT, and then rest for couple of seconds at a lower intensity. However when I push at high intensity (all out 10!) I sometimes need to double or triple the rest time. This bothers me so much as I hate having to press pause. If I do the HIIT at a lower intensity I can complete the entire workout in a go, and I feel accomplished, but I have a nagging feeling I'm short circuiting my workout! Which is better to ensure I get the most out of my workout?

I must say I am EXTREMELY excited about this! Definitely marking my calendar!!! I've only been into Fitness and Beachbody for 3 months, but I have become OBSESSED with Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, and Shakeology! I recently signed as a Coach and am so excited to be a walking spokesperson for Beachbody! Thanks for being who you are, Chalene! emoticon You are truly an amazing entity! xoxo

Hello Chalene! I bumped into Turbo Fire by coincidence and couldn't be happier that i did! it is a great workout easy and fun to do! I started with the 5day inferno plan and lost 5lbs and 3 waist inches in the five days.... awesomee!! I just have a question about the amount of calories that i need to consume on the regular program, i am 180lbs 5'7 and the guide on the book tells me 2310 cal, Is this right? did i calculate something wrong? it seems like alot since on the inferno plan i was consuming less than 2000 cal/day and quickly lost weight and inches! just need to be 1000% sure i'm supposed to eat that much (i am terrified to overeat and compromise my workouts) thanks! Oh and all the reviews about the program being addictive and you being amazing are sooo right! Loveeee

Hi Chalene,
I am writing because there seems to be an issue with my TF program that Beachbody seems confused about and cant seem to help me. I borrowed a TF program from my friend a couple years ago that came with a calendar that showed Fire 55 on Friday of Week 1. This new calendar I have shows Fire 40 on Friday of week one! And I didnt get a disc by the name of Fire 40! The calendar I was sent with my TF program starts with "Fire Starter Class" which was sent to me but does not appear on the online version of the calendar (it is on the calendar I recently received with my shipment. Please help! As you can see thngs arent matching and Beachbody is confused as well. What calendar and discs should I be following? Has the program recently changed? Thanks so much for your help.

Chalene - I absolutely heart you. I will admit sometimes I do talk back to you during a workout, but I push through with your words and encouragement ("you are not tired," "you just got your second wind").

Questions

1) Are there more TurboFIYAH or other Turbo videos on the horizon? In January there was a HUGE uptick in TurboFire reviews on the Beachbody website AND on the TurboFire Facebook page.

2) Is your PUSH book or are other fitness and non-fitness related lectures available in CD audio format? I listen to your ChaLEAN Extreme fitness motivation CD all the time to tell myself that I can push through and I would pay for more Chalene for a longer amount of time while driving to work, etc. You inspire me and I need more of ya!
