I bought the P90X Program and was wondering at what point do you need to have a chin up bar? I'm currently doing RevAbs but I'll be finished with that in about a month so I want to plan for the P90X by getting all of the tools that's needed for the program. Can someone tell me what I will need aside from myself and the videos? Thanks in advance for your reply!
You don't "need" the chin-up bar. You can substitute with the bands. I just started a couple of days ago on P90X (my first workout series program) and got a great suggestion from a thread that I started on how to substitute the bands for the chin up bar. Hope it helps!
