I recently started month 1 over after having completed it once the month before and once about 3 months ago, I wanted to try harder this time to get ready for month 2, In the warm-up i was doing the butt kicks and mummy kicks slowly and I started doing them at around the pace of everyone else to help me improve my warm-up and get me ready for month 2, I have noticed once I get done with the butt kicks in round one there is a slight ache from around my Achilles heel to the bottom of my calf and after completing mummy kicks and the second round of butt kicks it hurts to stand, is this just a muscle that's being worked more now or is it something else that I may be doing something wrong?
