Its been impossible for me when doing crunches. I've tried doing crunches at the start of my workout, halfway through my workout, after my workout and never been able to go past 1 set of 15 reps.
I've even been to doctors consulting about this and according to the reports there does not seem to be anything wrong with me.
what could be wrong and how could i avoid getting crams.
I am 5'10", weighs 80kg and waist is measured at 35"

Hi,

Please don't take offense to this. Did any of your doctors suggest more water or just hydrate better? I find if i'm dehydrated my muscles tighten up almost immediate when I try challenging exercises. Hope that helps.

Hi Steve,

thanks for replying.

Yes my doctor's suggested that i drink more water. I already have almost 1.5 liters during the day while i am at work, and drink a lot while i am doing my work out.

don't think these cramps have anything to do with hydration. :S
