Which is your fav workout?
Monday: TurboFire Low HIIT 20 and Higher & Tighter.
Tuesday: TurboFire Fire Starter and Bikini Body.
Wednesday: Ipanema Booty and Stretch 10.
Thursday: Low HIIT 25 and Bikini Body.
Friday: TurboFire 45 EZ and Stretch 10.
Saturday: Rest day.
Sunday: Higher & Tighter.
Find the combo of workouts that works for you. You have to test it out but start out with what your time limits are, what your goals are, etc.
