Space needed for asylum
Space needed for asylum

I am in my last week of insanity and then going to do a round of body beast. I would like to try asylum after that but wondered if asylum can be done Ina living room or if more space is needed. I have not had any issues doing insanity in my living room and was just curious about asylum. Thanks.

basically if you can do insanity in your living room you'll be fine to do asylum. just the only catch is you might not be able to use the jump rope depending on your ceiling height
