Any advice for reducing thigh size after doing Insanity?
Hi Everyone! I am a 5'2" 19-year-old female and I'm currently in my second round of Insanity! I'm absolutely OBSESSED with Insanity and I've seen fantastic results! After losing weight on my own for a year with different gym workouts and strict diets, I got the DVDs as a present and, with it, I was able to finally lose my last 5 1/2 lbs to get to my goal weight and I dropped a dress / pants size. I was absolutely THRILLED! However, for as hard as I'm working and as carefully as I'm eating, I still have some fat around my thighs that I'd really like to get rid of but I'm not sure how. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any workouts I should try? Anything?

Congrats on completing one round of Insanity already. Unfortunately, you can't target areas of fat loss but I would suggest that you continue doing what you have been doing and tighten up your diet. If you are in for another round in Insanity I would invite you to come join my support thread.

Hi! I love insanity too! Congratulations on your weightloss! Awesome job? Maybe you need to switch programs..try different things your not used to doing. Have you tired asylum? If you like shaunT you will like asylum...its different to insanity..but it is challenging, game day is a really fun workout too..hard but fun! I would suggest that you just need to keep up with the good nutrition and exercise and you will eventually see the results you are looking for.
