When do you do Lucky 7?

This seems like a really cool workout, but I haven't seen any kind of suggestion for how to use it in the schedule.

Thoughts? lol

I've thought about possibly doing it on Cardio/Abs day. Kinda seems to fit the fast paced theme of the cardio workout. And on this, I mean in addition to, so you have an hour long workout that day. That might be too much, but I think it would just be a hard workout day.

I actually forgot about the Lucky 7 workout, i might try it out

I always tacked it onto Beast Cardio.

Beast Cardio is basically a total body routine where you use light weights (8s-10s) and Lucky 7 follows the same total body-light weight theme (I always stuck with 10s on each end of my bar). Once you start getting close to 7 in the pyramids, the light weights don't feel so light anymore.
