Hey everyone! I have previously completed a couple of rounds of Insanity and am a Shaun T fanatic, but I was starting to get burnt out on the same works so I switched it up with Turbofire. I started it today. I hope it wasn't a mistake. I did the Fire 30 class today and feel like the new kid at school. I couldn't get the moves down correct and quick enough before Chalene moved onto the next. I feel like I was just flailing myself around and punching the air, totally not in sync or even the same moves they were doing. Did anyone else have this issue? I love everything else about it but I'm scared I'm not going to get good results if I'm not able to do the correct moves. I was okay during the stretch 10 class. Any advice?
As long as you are moving, you are burning calories. You WILL get it, it just might take a few tries. What schedule are you following? Are you starting at the beginning and doing the 12 weeks? Fire 30 doesn't come into play right away. Do the fire starter one. It's a bit slower paced and shows you the basics you'll need for the other workouts. I finished Turbo, so don't hesitate to ask any questions.
Best of luck!
