All the sports "energy drinks" or pre-workouts contain caffeine, so if you're trying to avoid it then they're not the right option. Is there a reason you're not just drinking coffee or tea or whatever you normally drink? The issue with coffee, dietarily, is all the cream and sugar a lot of people put in in.
