Yes there is a plyo workout in P90X. It's not nearly as intense as the Insanity plyo workout though. And, I think Tony Horton does a MUCH better job of explaining proper form for plyo, and how to avoid injury. Heck one of the workout buddies in the plyo workout has a wooden leg, and they talk about how to work around it. I think you might like "plyo-X" better.
But, of course, you need to listen to your knee. It's trying to tell you something.
