I have a recurring on/off R. knee pain, which attempting Insanity didnt help. Did Phase 1 of LMP, kinda slacked, and need to get back into it, but my knee's been annoying me lately. Any suggestions, since Pump has a ton of squats, etc..? Thanks.

I'm going through the same thing.. I did Insanity and the Month 2 Plyo wrecked my knee. After healing up for about 6 weeks, I went back to it and tried to modify. It wasn't enough and I hurt it again. So, I was told not to do Insanity 6 days a week and I was never to do Month 2 Plyo again. So, I did a hybrid of Insanity and Pump. Before I even started, because of the squats and lunges, I purchased a very good knee brace. It's not one of those cheap 7 dollar Ace Banadage jobs. This one was about 70-80 bucks, but it holds my knee in place. I have had no issues since adding the brace. I'm currently doing the Les Mills Combat program now and modifying the two jump kicks and nothing else. I still add-on Pump Revelution or Extreme if I feel froggy in the evenings.. But I don't push play unless I have the knee brace on..

Havent got to Extreme or Revo ;( but knowing those exercises use the most calories, I really wanna get back to it! Combat.... not into that, cuz I;ve taken martial arts, and just cant get into program that goes thru the motions w/o actually doing the art, but that's just me. I just wanna drop some weight before hitting up P90X Round 1.... I also have the ASylums, but again, lots of Plyo I wanna avoid til I lose like 75 lbs... maybe Ill try a brace... what brand is yours?
