I am currently about to start Insanity and I had a couple of questions. I work as a police officer and I also work rotation shift. Sometimes I get done with work at 7:00a.m. and have to be back into work at 3:00p.m. So I was curious about if my crazy work schedule will affect the success with having to possibly work out at different times? Also I was wondering if eating at different times would affect my weight loss?

I am a fellow LEO and have dealt with the same crazy schedule issues and trying to balance it with my workout. It's definitely not easy, unless you've got support. I am telling you this first hand because I joined the team of another LEO who kept me motivated to keep pressing play even after a 15 hour night. Also, With rotating shift - nutrition can be difficult but it can be done. One thing to remember is that you have to think of your day as beginning when you get up. That can be 7AM, 7PM or 10PM. Your day ends when you go to bed. Regardless of what time that is.... This should help with getting your eating times down to a regular schedule.
I'm starting up another round of Insanity, starting the second week of January. It is going to include people at all the various stages of their program. I'm hoping to get as many cops on board as possible, so that we can motivate eachother when we're dragging ass! Take a look at the link and let me know if you're interested.
Best,
Chris
