How do you like BB Legs?

I'm not a big fan of Build Legs...Bulk Legs, that one I like!

God i hate those leg days lol. Especially the progressive split squat with EZ Bar, i still have nightmare about this move every night. haha

My chicken legs get more sore than any other body part during this program. I think Build Legs is harder than Bulk Legs but I may change my mind once I get back to the Beast phase emoticon

I've got a question about the legs days, maybe y'all could help me with. Currently, I'm doing the Lean schedule, and I have struggled with doing the Cardio workout just 2 days after the Legs workout during the Build phase. I notice that down the way when it switches to Bulk, you end up doing Build Legs and then 2 days later Bulk Legs. Anyone have advice for that? Should I go lighter on Build, or just push it and go light on Bulk if need be? That transition seems oddly designed to me, but it is what it is.

I have the same problem. I just skip legs for an extra day, move on to the next workout then come back to it.
