41, 197 pounds, 20% BF. I only calculate around 2,700 calories probably because I need to lower my BF by several points.
I've completed 2 Rounds of P90X, Ultimate Reset and Insanity.
Looking to gain muscle so that I can increase my metabolism and just need to build a solid muscle base.

Kylerooke - welcome aboard! Looks like we'll be on the same schedule. You will certainly lose fat doing the Beast at 2700 calories. It sounds like you already have the right idea..gain some muscle to increase your metabolism. Calories will be burning around the clock with all the muscle tissue repair we'll be experiencing
getinshape89 - The huge schedule was fun! The Bulk phase was great because it was basically 6 weeks of workouts that were only about 35~40 minutes.
Alright, so Monday starts Body Beast and my 4000 calorie (50% carb, 25% protein, 25% fat) a day diet for gaining muscle mass. Today I'll be giving it a run and tracking it on myfitnesspal to see how it goes. This morning starts with Nate's Beast Breakfast Shake:
