Hi Guys and Girls,
I'm going to start the P90x on January 2nd and am hoping to build muscle and gain more than anything as im a skinny stick.
Will post pictures of myself soon and all the measurements before i start it.
Wondering if anyones got any tips or anything to help me keep motivation which i'm usually rubbish at. Also wondering if anyone else has done this to build rather to lose weight as a main goal

Congrats in starting P90X! You are in the right track taking before pictures & measurements. Did you do the fit test? Cleared out the junk food from your house? Read over the nutrition guide?
I would love to help you stay motivated! P90X was my first program. Having a supportive group is essential. I would love for you to join us at our support & motivation thread! Great group!

Thanks for such a quick reply which i didnt expect

Will definately join that thread once i get grips on this message board as i am all new,
Because i live with my parents i will be having a dedicated cupboard and fridge / freezer for my own needs, I have read the guide but i am still trying to figure out what phase to start at, me presuming phase 2 as i hardly have the fat to shred, the last time i checked my body fat was about 8% but i did stop going to the gym and ate alot over christmas
As for the measurements / photos / fit test yet to wait for my friend to come over and help me as i feel really subconcious about asking a family member to help me do it.
