My goal for 2013:
1). Get my high triglicerides, which is 643, cholesteral, which is 309 and lipids, don't know the number but apparently they're high, under control. But I do have to say, I do eat very healthy and do cardio. (Don't know what's going on with me).
2). Continue to get healthy and continue to achieve my goal to being healthy and for once get into shape.

Those are awesome goals for 2013! Have you looked into Shakeology as a means of helping you reach your #1 Goal? I had high cholesterol and was on medication for it. I took Shakeology after hearing all the great results that people got from it.. My levels dropped and NO MORE high cholesterol medications for me!!!!
Eating healthy and doing cardio is great. There is more to fitness than just eating healthy. Certain foods contains certain benefits. These are called Superfoods. Google them and you can read up on how they can help you... Shakeology contains 70+ Superfoods....
