The group will help motivate, support and keep you accountable to your workouts. My job is to advise, recommend and get you past obstacles. I have six fitness and training certifications with over 15 years experience in the industry. I will not let you fail if you commit to this opportunity to be a New You this New Year!!

Good morning challengers!!!! I hope everyone had a blast last night and now you're ready to dig deep!

I'm hopeful that everyone will engage and support each other while we transform into a healthier lifestyle.

My sincerest hope is that we can openly discuss what we struggle with and what's kept us from succeeding before. We will all discover things about ourselves during this journey.
This is an incredibly exciting process! I'm so looking forward to hearing and seeing everyone's progress as we near the end.

As well there are prizes to be had during this challenge!!!

Hi, it looks like this thread has been going for a while... You are starting new folks for 2013, right? If so... I'm Leanne, and am doing P90XLean with goals of regular, consistent, dedicated exercise to have some weight loss (~10-12lbs would be awesome), improved fitness (endurance, strength, flexibility/stability) so I can have fun hiking and biking etc instead of just feeling weak, and have better overall body balance, comfort and energy. I started it in October and got thru about 60 days pretty well, then pooped out the last month and didn't get back on track; so I'm starting fresh now. Started at 150, got down to 144, and have crept back up to 146-147;I'd like to be at 135 in 90 days. I use Shakeology, and generally eat well - healthful, balanced, nutritionally dense, usually around 1500 kcal/day. I track on myfitnesspal, and have a FB challenge group that a HS classmate and coach runs. I'm looking for accountability and adherence support, and folks who are similarly situated, have similar goals, and doing some manner of P90X.

Drank my Shakeology for breakfast then did TurboFire Sculpt 30 + the TurboFire 45 class. I like to mix it up. Was thinking of having a salad for lunch. Drinking my water (I prefill my water bottles to keep track of it.) Then making my hubby a special dinner. (it's my splurge meal, I get one a week.)emoticon

4 miles this morning to kick start my day.

Taught a boot camp class on post. Came home then made some Vegan Chocolate Shakeology with coffee that I'd never tried before and it was awesome!!!

Had a personal training client over to do some resistance training for a little over an hour. Had a blast, she's a funny lady.

I just finished weighted squats and lunges per another challenge I'm doing on Facebook.
I'll start Body Beast Bulk legs shortly....

Just got my new Polar FT60 heart monitor and eager to see my weekly stats.

What a day!! :-)

Taught 2 classes this morning with 4 miles already under my belt. I'll be doing several workouts today before traveling tomorrow to attend Super Saturday in Dallas.

I did TurboFire HIIT 20 class + Pure Cardio (because I didn't feel like the 20 was enough). Drank my Shakeology, some peanuts and an orange for snack, a turkey sausage sandwich for lunch, and a burrito for dinner (just black beans, avocado, and salsa inside a tortilla)and a little salad on the side with a glass of milk. How is everyone else doing?

I bought TurboFire on the Black Friday Sale, and have been mixing it in with other workouts ever since. I LOVE IT!!!
I like the chocolate shakeology the best, but I have yet to try the greenberry, it should be coming with my next order. I tried the vegan flavors, they were okay, but I am a chocoholic by nature and the regular chocolate flavor keeps me from craving it. What's yours?

I did Combat 30 LIVE today, it was much better than the first 30 they have, After Insanity though, everything seems easier, TurboFire is the only one that comes close to the intensity level of Insanity. Might move up to the Asylum soon for more of a challenge emoticon how was everyone elses workout?

Sorry I'm just now responding I couldn't get TBB site to work for me at all yesterday! Greenberry is the bomb! I absolutely love and both Vegans (Chocolate and Tropical Strawberry). You should definitely try Greenberry!!! :0)

Yesterday I rested from doing any personal workouts but Thursday I did a TurboFire video burning 538 calories (see photos), walked/jogged 4 miles and did some challenge lunges from another group I have going on FB.

I enjoyed some Chocolate Shakeology with almond milk and coffee! That fired me to do more!!

I needed the break yesterday as I'm teaching 2 classes a day at the moment.

Sunday I started my day with Tropical Strawberry Shakeology. I did some yoga to increase my mobility and flexibility after doing from free style weight lifting. Later on I worked with a client. I then walked/jogged 4 miles on my treadmill.
I had some low-fat yogurt and grapes as a mid morning snack.

Yesterday I started my day with some Greenberry Shakeology then I taught a step and a boot camp class.

I then went to a local trail to walk/jog for about an hour and a half. I then did Body Beast Build Shoulders as well as the Build Legs videos.

Going strong and feeling great!!

I am doing the Insanity/Turbofire hybrid. Loving it!!

I have been drinking my greenberry shakes, and would like to mix up the shake a little. Going to start experimenting with some added fruits and maybe a tablespoon of nutella.

I am excited to be a part of this thread and EXTREMELY thankful for the support.

Almost finished with the second week and excited. Gained a couple pounds but lost 2 inches, so I guess that balances it out.

So glad you found the thread! I LOVE GREENBERRY!!!!! I like to put pineapple in it and can't wait to try different recipes too. I put lots of ice so it fills me up for breakfast and I can rock my day out after that!

So, I am back home after camping in -16 degree weather....yikes.

I was not able to puch play while camping, so I compensated by lots of running. I also hiked and hiked and hiked. Hunted for chukar, and sledded my hiney off.


I am so glad to be back home and pushing play again. I like that structure for sure. I am eager to see my measurements on the 31st and cannot wait to see what the next thirty days has to bring. I didn't have internet or video while I was hunting/camping, so I played catch up on documenting what activity I completed today.

I made everything we ate, so I had control over everything my whole family put in their mouths. emoticon

So glad to be back!!! Can;t wait to keep it going!!

So far so good in the eating department.....
oatmeal for breakfast....
wheat subway sandwich with all veggies and turkey for lunch....
and will be preparing bbq'd chicken for dinner with baked brussel sprouts and quinoa.

will be working out this evening due to my "Oh $%^T" wake-up this morning.....

Good day, but need to improve on my water intake toomorrow..
