Eating the same meals every day?
So a majority of my days my meals look really similar. Especially breakfast/lunch and my snacks. Dinner is a bit more varied. I feel like I have a pretty good variety going on, it's just really similar each day.

What are some of the latest thoughts on this? Some people say your body will get used to the foods and plateau, others say it doesn't matter.

No, eating the same things every day shouldn't impact your results. However, it is important to vary your diet to make sure that you are getting all of the nutrients your body needs and that you're not getting too much of any one thing.

It may be possible to develop digestion issues with foods you eat often - you may find you are less able to digest them than you used to be or that you react badly to some of them. In some cases intolerance is triggered by physical or emotional stress or exposure to environmental toxins.

I fully believe varying your diet is the best course of action. Include as much fresh food as possible and eat lots of lean proteins. Fruits and vegetables are the mainstay of most diets so start by switching them up first.
