I am on my 10th week of Body Beast and am no longer sore after the Bulk Legs workout. I am definitely lifting enough because the last rep is tourture! I only increased the weight every other week (some people have said to increase every week but I couldn't do the exercises properly.) Has anyone else had this happen?

Hi,

Since your so far along in the program, I would guess that your body has started to adapt to the demands you've placed on it. Soreness by itself isn't necessarily a good indicator of an effective workout. As long as you keep increasing the intensity by upping the weight, ROM, resting less, etc. your making progress. Everybody is different, I don't always up the weight every week and on every exercise at once. Allows for better recovery for me. Keep up the good work. Hope that helps.
