What Are Your New Year's Resolutions for 2013?
1 To loose and keep off 10lbs by eating raw vegetable salads for lunch and dinner--already eating healthy but can't get the 10lbs off. I did it before I can do it again. Holding at 160. I can see it but no one else can. Everyone thinks I look great. I don't think so. Don't want to be 65 and 170lbs.

2. To stay away from sweets i.e. cookies. Already gave up ice cream having yogurt.

3. To whittle down the inches in my mid-section by doing crunches every day. All my body fat is there. Already working out but not like I should.

4. Work out at least 3 times per week more if time permits.

5. If I have to eat at McDonalds eat salad only no fries giving up Mcnuggets.

6. Would like to start running in the Spring.
