Hello Everyone!

My Name is Charles Harrington. It’s time for another P90X journey! The P90x Ripped and Ready has returned! P90x was the first TBB program I had ever done! I lost over 45 pounds and over 13 % body fat with it!

I'm in. I've done a couple rounds of P90X before and loved it. I would like to get down to 185 lbs (currently 205). I normally don't have a problem sticking with the workouts, but need to watch my nutrition over the weekends in order to achieve my goal. I'm sure that this is the year I see 185. Time to bring it!

I plan on going with level 2 with roughly 2400 calories per day. According to the assessment, I should be (barely) at level 3, but I have a desk job which causes me to not be very active during the day. If I find that I'm bonking, I can always add some calories.

Before Starting the Program COnfirm that you have done the following:

I know I have fell into this at some point but let this not be you! One day will turn to two will turn to three will turn to weeks/months...

We are all busy.. we all have lives, work, families, and ect.. and things that come around that are not controllable.. but you know what.. one thing you can control.. that is your health. You are accountable for that and only you can make it better.

Keep pushing play!

Today reminded my of how much I hate Plyo, but I felt great afterwards. I'm sure I torched a lot of calories, so it was worth it. Pain is temporary, pride is forever.

Gun show day, of course. Shoulder/arms or back/bi's. Definitely not legs or plyo. How about you?

Agreed that was my favorite to - Arms that is! Legs and Plyo were the worst for me too.. So was Yoga when first starting but grew to like it.. The feeling after doing it is like no other. How many calories you taking in a day? What is your primary goal?
