TIME TO GET BEAST!!!!

Hello all! My name is Charlie Harrington! I am now starting my second round of BODY BEAST!!!

All are welcome to join! Beginners, Veterans, Novice, and etc..

I DARE you to get BEAST, Healthy, and simply Feel Good!

If you do not currently have a coach or if you are not working with a coach please add me as a buddy and message me! I can get you started and the info you need!

Other than that lets all work together to hold each other accountable, to motivate each other, and to become BEAST together!

Now LETS BEAST UP!

Before Starting the Program COnfirm that you have done the following:

1. Take Measurements
2. Write Down Weight
3. Take Pictures

Let us all know what your goals are!

Also, let us know what your weakness is when it comes to getting fit!

You can do all the workouts you want... But if you do not have good nutrition you are wasting your time! Do your self a favor.. save your self the frustration... Eat good.. workout hard.. you will get the body of your life!

I agree 100 percent with this statement. When I first started out when I missed a workout I felt bad about it and would always think.. man now I am a day behind on reaching my goals! Be consistent and stay committed. You all got this!! Lets do it together! Keep posting.. keep helping!

I know I have fell into this at some point but let this not be you! One day will turn to two will turn to three will turn to weeks/months...

We are all busy.. we all have lives, work, families, and ect.. and things that come around that are not controllable.. but you know what.. one thing you can control.. that is your health. You are accountable for that and only you can make it better.

Your body wasn't built in a day people... look how many years it took you to get your body to where it is now... it takes longer than over night to build it the way you want it!! Be patient.. Be consistent... Your Body IS Currently UNDER CONSTRUCTION!

Make the promise and commitment to yourself. You owe it to yourself. You have to give yourself the chance to succeed. How are you going to succeed if you are setup for failure to begin with? What you made this promise?

Is this you? Think about it for a second... when you are bored what do you start doing? Lets talk about it! I used to just eat junk food... take naps... watch tv all day.. no good! It was something to do to fill in the gaps.

It does take work.. but you know what.. it's worth it! Try taking those bad habits and turn them into good ones. If you are bored and have nothing to do work out instead of hanging out on the couch eating junk food... or do some basic house activity to keep you moving.. go for a walk.. do something.. Pick good snacks over bad ones - being consistent with good choices will result in great results.
